All pieces are handmade to order, and will be ready for despatch in 10 - 21 days, but there may very occasionally be times when it is necessary to allow more time for making (such as unusual fabric requests on Bespoke/Colour-Matched orders etc) - should that be the case, we will notify you as soon as possible with an expected despatch date.

You should allow a further 1-3 days for the actual shipping time by Royal Mail/courier (UK) or 4-7 days (Europe) or 7-14 days (Worldwide) depending on your destination country, and the shipping service chosen.

The freedom to choose the base colour, and combination of colours for the trimming. For example, you may see a design made from sinamay in one colour but want it to be made from felt in 2 different colours - no problem - this is the service for you!

If you require a hat or headpiece made to match a colour exactly - we require a sample of the colour to match to - this can be a piece of the cloth or a sample from a paint colour chart. We can source materials and alternative fabrics, and can hand-dye most materials and feathers.

There is an additional charge for hand-dyeing/sourcing/matching.

(Dyeing is not possible for felt hats).

You can order using the SPECIAL ORDER choice from the colour menu (this option includes the dyeing/sourcing charge) and then you can add a comment in the "NOTES" box or CONTACT us with further details.
