Sally will come to your home, or a venue of your choosing, with a fabulous box of delights for a hat-making workshop where you can create a unique fascinator or headpiece to your own design, perfect - for your forthcoming wedding, races or special event! You will need enough table space/elbow room for everyone to work, and a table for Sally to lay out the materials. Alternatively, she can host your hatmaking party in her spacious sunny studio right in the heart of Edinburgh.
You can choose from a selection of gorgeous feathers, sinamay, beads and veiling, in a wide choice of colours, to create a professional looking finish for your design. Don't worry, you don't have to be good at sewing to have a wonderful time and a good giggle – no experience is necessary - and full support is given.
Workshops last 3½ hours with a break in the middle for tea and biscuits. Cost £50 per head for parties held at the Studio or within a 25 mile radius of Edinburgh – minimum number per booking is 5, for parties further afield in Scotland or the rest of the UK please contact Sally for a quote. Discounts given for parties of over 10.

If you want to make your day extra special Sally can tailor a special package just for you – she can arrange for the workshop to be held in a hotel or venue near you, this service can be tailored to include a light lunch and/or bubbly provided by the hotel (where available). She can also arrange for a make-up artist to create a new look to go with your new creation, and even a photographer, to record the day and provide a lasting memory for you. Prices are dependent on location and package required.
